question 1 blog post, muy bueno

Question: Describe your first experiences with computers and the internet. A. What was your first computer? What did you use it for? How did you react to it? Describe your memory to the best of your ability. AND answer B: What was your first encounter with the internet like? What are some things you remember using the internet for then? Describe your relationship with the Internet compared to other forms of mass media: radio, television, film, books, etc.

Answer: I first used a computer when I was a little kid. I'm not sure how old, but it was little haha-- Anyway, I liked playing computer games and typing up little stories on Microsoft Word (they weren't very good stories; my stories weren't very well written or interesting at all until around last year, I think). My first computer was the family desktop. I liked it, but it was annoying because I actually had to share it (yikes, what a horrible struggle am I right). I got my first personal computer though, like, two months ago, and it's a Dell laptop with a Totoro sticker on it. Real cute lolol

As for being more descriptive with my memories, I was absolutely in love with this MMORPG when I was a kid, and it was called Fantage. I remember being so devastated because some jerk actually had the audacity to hack my account and sell all my items like ok ://// jerk :////// 

WELL, to continue that. My earliest memory with computers revolves around, drumrollllllllllllllllllllllll

Microsoft Word!!! I remember this dumb lil' story I typed up about my brother, and he was some sort of prince of some sort of kingdom, and he had to defeat the bad guy in a game of chess but I forgot why. There was only one thing of punctuation too, and it was just a single period at the end. I only remember that because of how my mother was remarking on it. 

My first encounter with the Internet was pretty generic. I'm pretty sure it was just for computer games. Either that, or watching cartoons and stuff online. Not very interesting I'm sorry :(((

I guess out of all media forms, I use the Internet the most. I use it for school (like I'm doing right now), and I use it for recreation. Recreation as in listening to music, playing games (free online gtetris is the BOMB DOT COM haha get it dot com because there's a website and we're talking about the Internet ya okay...), watching YouTube videos and Netflix and all that, social media, etc. Of course, I'm still involved with other forms of media, but the Internet is just the most prominent in my life.

But yeah, those are my earliest computer related memories and all of that, so ya just please give me an A+ thanks
